Connor Nash helped me during a time where no other attorney would even consider my cause. The other party was simply ignoring my attempts to communicate. I worked with Connor and he reached out to the company on my behalf in writing to see what could be done, the initial reaction of this company back by billionaires was to come after me for more money than I've ever had, in lieu of paying what I was owed. I was really nervous, felt completely intimidated and defeated and was considering just dropping it all, but wasn't even sure I could anymore. Connor kept me calm and I will never forget how cool, calm and collected he was with me at all times and told me he expected that action and that team was just doing their job as well. His confidence and strength was quiet but fearless. I chose to put my complete faith in him and all of a sudden this billionaire company who shall remain nameless no longer wanted to go to court and paid for the monies I had been attempting to collect on my own with zero luck. Hiring an attorney isn't a luxury everyone has the ability to do, but know it makes all the difference. While I was simply being ignored, the attorney was replied to immediately. The other party did take until the final day to respond in writing, I'll never forget that. I hope Connor knows one of the best days of my life was when he told me they no longer wanted to move forward with coming after me after not paying me money owed, but wanted to settle so I could get paid! I didn't get the complete amount they originally owed me, but pretty close and of course happily paid my attorney fees because I would have had nothing without representation. It was scary for me as it was my first time (hopefully last) experiencing anything like this, but Connor always managed and took time out of his busy schedule to calm me down and knew exactly what he was doing. In my opinion the greatest gift an attorney can give their client is reassuring them they know what they're doing not only through words, but through their actions. He knew the next move before it happened, so when exactly what he said would happen, I knew I was going all the way with this. He didn't over promise. He simply knew the law and my goodness, he over delivered! I'll be honest--I was not expecting a penny from that company initially, as they have their own large in house legal team and ignored me for a long time before I retained counsel. Connor handled it without breaking a sweat. If he can do that! He will be my go-to for anything in the future for all friends, family and colleagues who request legal counsel.
